Abdullatif founded Abdullatif Al Hammadi Advocates and Legal Consultants in 2010 and currently Serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. Abdullatif gained over 10 years of experience working as Attorney at Law where he handled a variety of criminal, civil and commercial cases in the UAE.

An Expert Negotiator and Attorney, he is well renowned amongst the local legal community and has established himself as one of the highly regarded and reputable Attorneys practising in the fields of civil, criminal and labor law as well as intellectual property, construction law matters and arbitration, amongst others.

He also has extensive experience and knowledge of the local jurisdiction in areas of corporate governance and regulatory matters, UAE immigration law as well as laws guiding construction of both public and private properties in the UAE

In 2016, Dalia Yaghi built a global firm through which she gathered outstanding experience of acting for leading companies in multiple jurisdictions.

Within her firm, she built excellent credentials in the Pharmaceutical and Banking sector combined, Intellectual Property safety and marketing distribution regulations. She also specialized in Business law, Taxation, Real Estate Development and Environmental permitting.

Her international network ensures that she has a ready resource of expertise in a wide range of jurisdictions and that she is well positioned to advise on cross-border work. She successfully represented a host of cases in court and acquired a deep understanding of the working and effectiveness of regulations, enforcement and control measures and has been advising clients like the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists and many leading Lebanese companies.
